On successfully completing referencing we can finalise your check-in. You will need to pay your first month's rent (pro-rata) and deposit balance of £500 before check-in can be completed.
You will complete all paperwork via Signable and then check-in remotely via a video call. Your full deposit of £650 will then be lodged with the DPS and a certificate sent to you.
